Great American Insurance had a dilemma. A division facilitator needed to communicate a complex “change implementation” process to associates who were not familiar with new operational procedures. Faced with intricate flow charts and elaborate written instructions, Great American requested that Graff Designs utilize innovative design to solve a practical business dilemma.

After one look at the lengthy list of bullet points that had to be conveyed, our creative team redefined the mission. We put the “fun” back in “functional” with a cartoonish “Great Road Race” map that both enhances the communication process and improves Great American Insurance business practices. In addition to simplifying an intricate process using an illustrated story, the light-hearted approach provides a bit of entertainment for work-weary seminar participants— and keeps them focused on the task at hand.

Graff Designs presented us with ideas that would help pull our Change Management Workshop together. The project stayed within our budget and was delivered ahead of schedule.
